BRRRRRRR at Butler Park today, Sunday Dec.1. About 135 cups of hot meals were served today plus a dessert made by Zoe. The food was pasta with meat veggies & sauce was delicious no one was left hungry. And lots of treats – a big thank you to Shoppers Drugs. & Roy’s donors of blankets that went real fast today & 2nd harvest. Jackets too from St. Vincent de Paul that were so needed by those who comes to us shivering without proper jackets for the cold days. Thank you Hosanna Lutheran Church as always who has been our pillars of kindness letting us cook in their kitchen & giving tax receipts to monetary donors. To the volunteers who braved the cold so our homeless brothers & sisters can eat. Thank you so much. We need monetary donations, volunteers, more blankets, hand gloves, Tuques & prayers so we can continue doing this big task of helping our poor brothers & sisters so they can also eat.
