It was a beautiful day in Butler Park on Sunday. There was lots of food, socializing, and love. We served 215 servings of cowboy stew with fresh fingerling potatoes, carrots, onions, gravy and beef. As usual we had baked goods and water as well as hard boiled eggs. There were lots of bananas, potatoes, apples and some squash. Thank you to our new volunteers. They got everyone served by just after 3 pm. And treated everyone with kindness and love. Special thank you to Shoppers, foodbank, Rajah, Maggay, Coleene, Roy and George for all the extras donated to us. Any donations can be made to Hosanna Lutheran Church just put HTH in the comments so it gets to us. As always we are happy to have new volunteers. We are looking for people to help us on Friday mornings making food and sandwiches, Sunday morning warming the food, serving in the park, washing the roasters after the park and driving the uhaul. If you are interested please message or comment here.you very much for reading this. God bless you.
